Bridlewood is a cozy, family-oriented Maracay community consisting of 176 lots. We are located east of 55th Ave. between South Mountain Ave. and Dobbins Road in Phoenix, Arizona, only 10 miles southwest of Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport with convenient access to Interstate 10 and future AZ State Route 202.

Children in our community Kindergarten through eighth grade attend Cheatham Elementary of the Laveen Elementary School District. High school students attend Betty H. Fairfax High of the Phoenix Union High School District, which opened to students in 2007.

Bridlewood is managed by a volunteer group of homeowners from within the community whom are elected to serve on the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors is assisted in their administration of the Association by a contracted property management company, currently City Property Management.
